I have 2 question

1. Is there any possible way to display colored armor in GUI?
2. How to give a player a colored armor (with RGB)? I know you can dye it after the player has it, but i want to give it already colored.

You can do that giving an item with custom NBT, skStuff makes this possible.

set {_S} to slot 16 of player's current #the 16 is the slot of gui where Leather Helmet or somethings finds.
dye {_s} red #or (250, 0, 0) #R, G, B
