Like @Pierrelasse said, it's not a good idea to be making anticheat with skript.

Just get a plugin from spigot. It's not worth the struggle of skripting it. I am not even advanced enough to do such an outrageous task, even with skript-reflect. If you really want to code it yourself though, learn how to use skript-reflect.
 
yeah, my server uses grim and ncp as having 1 ac can result in more bypasses in my opinion but i will try skript-reflect
