Hello, I made a skript to set groups, but when I go to execute some command in the console I get a message saying "Unknown command". How do I solve this?

I created a skript to set groups, basically I made an easier way to set permissionsEx groups. I put: make console execute command "/pex user %arg 1% group set %arg 2%"
No error, but when I run this command on the console I get a message saying "Unknown command."
