I mean,
To make a command that will work only if your GROUP has a specific permission.

command /see:
     permission: perm.admin
     permission message: &cNo!
     trigger:
          send "You are a Admin!"

?????
 
Just use the has permission condition of Skript, although if you want more support for PEX in Skript I would recommend to use SharpSK which has a hook into PEX.
