I think you need MundoSk, here:

send resource pack from "yoururl.com" to player
on packet event play_client_resource_pack_status: #Need MundoSK and ProtocolLib
if "%""ResourcePackStatus"" pinfo 0 of event-packet%" = "DECLINED":
kick player due to "&cYou need download the resource pack for stay playing here ;)"

Thanks, but when I add that other plugin (MundoSK) all the Sk files dont work so I removed it and removed line 5 down yet it still does not work
We need the error, server version, plugin list, etc.
Also do you have ProtocolLib?
My server is 1.10 and yes I do have ProtocolLib
