This does relate with skript.
I'm using skUnity Parser to edit and check if my skripts are correct. skUnity can't understand the efffect/condition "run console command", "send", "broadcast", etc.
 
From what I can see, you're just not doing Skript right.

For example you're trying to do:
code_language.skript:
variables:
    [BanCounter] = 0

command /bancounter:
    trigger:
        send &eTotal Bans = &l[BanCounter]

When it should be:
code_language.skript:
variables:
    {BanCounter} = 0

command /bancounter:
    trigger:
        send "&eTotal Bans = &l%{BanCounter}%"

It's not the Parsers fault, it's just you not writing any code properly.
