How I can give player time-limited permission with skript??

I want to give player some permission for 5 min when they use a special item.

example:
On click, player gets essentials fly permission for 5 minutes.

Plz help me!

    event-player's tool's name = "special item's name"
    console command "<add the permission via your command plugins commands>"
    wait 5 minutes
    console command "<remove the permission again>"
