Your aliases are for 1.12 and you are running 1.11. You can ignore these errors.

Or well, you can also edit the aliases file and remove them manually.
 
If you didnt want to manually delete the aliases couldnt you just get a 1.11 version skript and let it generate the alias file for 1.11 then go back to 1.12 skript
