This might not be the solution, but add a colon at the end of your if statement and add a TAB before every line after that
 
Can you do it with a code? Sounds confusing

The problem is that immediately after it switches to slime, the second event triggers and so it switches back

Try doing

code_language.skript:
on right click:
    if player is holding slime:
        set player's held item to magma cream
        set the name of the player's held item to "&eStacker &f- &cDisabled"
    else:
        if player is holding magma cream:
            set player's held item to slime
            set the name of the player's held item to "&eStacker &f- &aEnabled"
 
could also do

on right click of slime or magma cream
