Znpcs Simplifier - Makes znpcs easier

This makes a more user friendly, simplified version of znpcs
Requires: Placeholderapi, znpcs

COMMANDS:
/npc create <id> <skin> [Entity-type]
/npc rename <id> <new-name>
/npc delete <id>
/npc ChangeSkin <id> <New-skin> (requires placeholderapi)
/npc action <id> add <Command> (Action management doesn't come with this skript, For management on actions please consult the znpcs wiki)
