how can i make it so that when someone right clicks the dragon breath (on the ground, shot from the ender dragon) with a glass bottle then send them a message saying "this works" just as a placeholder

Something like this should work

on right click on dragon’s breath:
    if player is holding glass bottle:
        send “this works” to player

(I typed this on my phone so let me know if you get any bugs)

I don't think that'll work. Dragon Breath from the dragon is actually an Area Of Effect Cloud with Dragon Breath as the active effect. so, you'd probably need to detect a right click on the cloud, then check if the player is holding an glass bottle

you misread. they want to detect when a player clicks the dragon breath on the ground, not when they click with a bottle of dragon breath

it's probably hard to pull out, it's probably as a right click on particle, which is not in the skript
it would be easier to give you this item after receiving dmg from these particles

you would need to use reflect
pretty sure bukkit has a event like this
