How would I go about removing the unbreakable flag from a player's armour piece?

Example:

if attacker's leggings is unbreakable netherite leggings:
        enchant attacker's leggings with unbreaking 4
        enchant attacker's leggings with mending
        remove unbreakable flag from attacker's leggings

SkBee has an expression you can use to modify NBT components of items. You could use this to your advantage to clear the component that makes armor unbreakable for the item you want (You'll need to bit of research to set/modify the components and the number identifier for the NBT of an unbreakable item)
