Solved Trash Or Treasure skript broken? (UHC)

Ok Trash or Treasure is when on mine of Coal ore, there's a 1% chance that a Diamond will drop.On mine of Iron Ore, there's a 2% chance that a diamond will drop. On mine of Redstone, there's a 3% chance that a diamond will drop. On mine of Lapiz, there's a 5% chance that a diamond will drop. On Mine of Gold Ore, there's a 7% chance that a diamond will drop. On mine of Emerald Ore, there's a 9% chance that a diamond will drop. You also cannot mine diamonds.

But my problem is that whenever they mine diamonds it still drops. I want to make it so diamonds do not drop when you mine a diamond ore.
