Suggested name: Toggleable Messages

What I want:
I want to be able to toggle TokenEnchant's token received messages

Ideas for commands: /tk

Ideas for permissions: toggle.tk

When I'd like it by: ASAP

I don't think it's possible, but maybe by modifying the chat packets send by the plugin
