on load:
  register new shaped recipe for tnt named "&c&l Instant Tnt" with lore "&a&lTNT shoot! PPM" using tnt, tnt, tnt, tnt, tnt, tnt, tnt, tnt, tnt

on right click with tnt block:
    if name of player's tool is "&c&l Instant Tnt":
        shoot a tnt from player with speed 1.0
        remove 1 tnt named "&c&l Instant Tnt" with lore "&a&lTNT shoot! PPM" from player
        stop

How to make instant explosion TNT with collision first other-block?

Hey, you can use this expression :
[skellett] [the] (fuse time|time until blowup) of [the] [primed] [tnt] %entity%

you can set, add or remove from fuse time of an entity (the time a primed tnt takes to explode)
 
Yep, I know. but...
This is fuse timer.
I need explosion if the tnt-entity collision with other block(entity)
