SQL database deadlock error

i use sqlibrary with skript.
it worked well but this errors appear in console (database error: Deadlock found ...)
i searched this errors but people says use skript-db.
so i installed skript-db (https://forums.skunity.com/resources/skript-db-updated.1261/)
but it not make tables.

how can i fix it?
