Spawner Spam Bug

Then I am not really sure. I have tested this on a test server multiple times.
I placed the brick block, the hologram and little coin thing popped up on top. Every 10 seconds coins popped out. Then i broke the brick, the hologram went away and i got my block back.
Also, i was only able to place one spawner on the island as requested.
Which versions of the following are you running (please answer with version not "latest")

hm.... not really sure what to tell you.
If you have one that is "STUCK" there, just place a new one where the old one was and then delete it, should fix it
