if file "plugins/RaceS/Language/ru_RU.txt" doesn't exist:
create file "plugins/RaceS/Language/ru_RU.txt"
write "my text" at line 1 to file "plugins/RaceS/Language/ru_RU.txt"
if file "plugins/RaceS/Language/ru_RU.yml" doesn't exist:
create file "plugins/RaceS/Language/ru_RU.yml"
write "my text" at line 1 to file "plugins/RaceS/Language/ru_RU.yml"
doesn`t work.
Why it could be
