Skript not reloading

I have a long skript (800 lines) that isn't mine, that I'm trying to fix up to the current version. I have tried to fix errors but even when I delete lines it still shows up as if the line was never delete. I have hit save, relaunched the server, and disabled/re-enabled the skript.

change the file data in a text editor not in the server, then re-upload the file to your server and it should work.
