Skript Doesn't work...

Ok, so i made a skript for some kind of UHC server, where i made so that you could set a spawnpoint, and later teleport to it.
But the problem is, that when i reload it, no error is shown, it just reloads normally.
But when i write the command to set or teleport to the spawnpoint, it just says "Unknown command." like if the command didn't exist.
The server is 1.9, and i've checked, that the skript version, and spigot version is the same.
