i did the {rank} as luckperms_prefix and it works but its like the hexcolor then the rank then the hex colors like for example &FB0000&lMEMBER&FB0000

For hex codes I found that to make it work you just add '&' in front of each letter e.g #008b8b -> #&0&0&8&b&8&b, this still won't work. To have Minecraft register the hex, change the '#' into &x. #008b8b -> #&0&0&8&b&8&b -> &x&0&0&8&b&8&b. Optionally if you go onto https://rgb.birdflop.com and change the output format to legacy it does it automatically.
