Is there a way to send quotations within a message because when I try to insert them it gives an error saying that it doesn't understand the effect.

Code: 
command /test:
    trigger:
        send " "hi"  " to player
 
Putting double quotation should gives you the quote in game like so
code_language.skript: 
send " ""hi""  " to player
