Putting a command inside a placed command block

Hi, i returned on my old projects after 2-3 years to see that Skbee addon updated and made the modify of items nbt bloody hell hard, after 3 hours on it i can't seem to get working the simple 2 strings of skript that used to work on the older versions....
here was the code for this simple task...


set block at {_border} to command block
add "{Command:""worldborder set 2000""}" to nbt of block at {_border}

if someone can help me i am so enraged, my brain hurts
