Need help...

I need help with skripting. On death of a player I want it to spawn a skeleton specifying the players name on top. And the skeleton will dissapear when the player click respawn but when I code this is in the skeleton has no name and it is able to move. I don't want it to move. Thanks I know this is a lot but would be much appreciated if you guys could help me.

All you have to do is listen the death event, spawn a skeleton at the event-location, set the display name of the last spawned entity to the victim's name and then add "{NoAI:1b}" to the last spawned entity's nbt (will require skStuff).
