staff gui

Spigot/Skript Version:
skript 2.6

What I want:
A system so I can do /addstaff and /removestaff and /staff. with /addstaff and removestaff it speaks for its selve. with the staff I want it to open a GUI with all staff members. and if possible the rank. (like helper, moderator, admin, owner) and status (online/offline)

Ideas for commands:
/addstaff
/removestaff
/staff

Ideas for permissions:
staff.add
staff.remove

When I'd like it by: as soon as possible. but take the time you need
