Make player spit blocks

Hi there,
can anyone help me? I need a skript that makes the player spit blocks (e.g. dirt blocks). The blocks then must not be pickupable.

no clue what "spit" mean? "split"?

on player pick up:
    if event-item is dirt:
        cancel event

on drop:
    set {Dropped::%player%::%event-item%} to trrue

on pick up:
    if {dropped::%player%::%event-item%} is set:
        cancel event
#no clue if this works. else try to setting NBT or UUID to the items
