I have problen this script don't work but don't giving me any errors

on rightclick with emerald:
    if player's tool is emerald named "&a&l+3000 eur":
        send "&e&lHAP> &a&l+3000 &2&leur&f!"
        add 1 to {money.%player%}
        remove emerald from player's tool
