Is it possible to show a image to player on right click event?

hello!!

This is what i want :

on right click:
@if item name contain "test":
@@show image from "server/plugins/image/test.png" to player


Is there any add-on for make this work?
I searched with keywords like 'image', 'show', 'picture' etc....
but coudn't find it.. like nothing...

Is it even possible with skript?
please please help me I'm stuck with this problem for over a week
