I know you can ignite entities but is there a way to ignite blocks?

code_language.skript:
function ignite(b: blocks):
  loop {_b::*}:
    set {_p::*} to blocks in radius 1 of loop-value where [location of block input is not location of loop-value]->[block input is air]
    set block at location of a random element out of {_p::*} to fire

Use that as a starting point. It works, but not all blocks can be set on fire on the sides/bottom which is where this code fails
