Right now I am thinking to use SkillAPi mana that by Skript.

Example

code_language.skript: 
on rightclick holding stick:
        if name of tool of player contains "magicstick":
                    if player's mana is larger than 0:
                                reduce the player's mana by 1
                                strike fake fake lightning at target living entity
                                 damage target living entity by 2

But,SkRPG couldn't.
If it is possible, can someone tell me another way of doing？
