Basically, I want mobs to spawn more, do more damage, and spawn with better armor, based off of how far away from 0,0 they are. Whats the best way to go about this?

I would look around at scripts that have to do with spawning/setting damage of entities, etc first then check to see if there's any event that can calculate a player's position in the world then maybe do something with a function to make mobs that spawn harder.
