i want to create a rod speed changer plugin that i can't customize with commands
with "rod speed changer" i mean throw's speed so when i right click i throw the hook out,
i want to be able to change how fast the hook comes out im sorry that i don't have a skript so you can modify it and give it to me.

i saw a solution but it was in spigot but idk java ;-; .
