ye thats it tbh i just dont wana buy citizens and dont want plugins just want a player npc that is basicly a player takes damage, walks around, has sex, goes through portals and can have potion effects would be very kind if you could set this up for me

citizens is free, the "paid" version is just a way of supporting the devs, but it is free.

you can download the latest citizens version from https://ci.citizensnpcs.co/
its the first thing in the plugin description on spigot page
but if you dont want citizens, there are other free options
