I would use 3 number arguments with an string at the end if you want to get world.
AppleScript:
command example <number> <number> <number> [<string>]:
    trigger:
        set {_world} to (arg-4 parsed as world) ? player's world
        set {_loc} to location(arg-1, arg-2, arg-3, {_world})
        send {_loc} to player
