How do I make a skript that chooses a random player and sends a message to that random player?

Here's my skript

Code: 
every 10 minute:
 set {_player} to random element of all players
 send "&6God&f: &7Bro you actually suck ass at this game" to %{_player}%
 wait 1 second
 send "&6God&f: &7You know what im taking away your moving privileges" to %{_player}%
 wait 2 seconds

It doesn't work for some reason
