So i want when a player hoves over the players name or message it brings up a message (like a lore on a item in a gui). The message could say a rank, balance and exp.
Version:
1.12.2
plugins:
DisableJoinMessage
SkQuery-Lime

You need json.sk for this. There is a tutorial for how to implement it on the json.sk page
 
Since your on 1.12.2, you can juts update to the latest skript and use it's json
