"Highlight Players (Spectators)" Event?

In the Options menu, under Controls, at the very bottom (in the Miscellaneous section), there's an entry called "Highlight Players (Spectators)".

If there's any sort of event associated with this, it could be completely reworked so that Skript users would effectively have a custom key that we could bind anything to (& of course, rename the control option in the lang file of a resource pack).

Does anyone know how to test for that event, or even how to figure out if there's any sort of event associated with it?

[update] In the "options" file (where your controls & etc are stored), the associated string for it is "key_key.spectatorOutlines", if that's any help. I'll keep updating this if I find anything new.
