help why i can't do title in side loop {i am using skbee}

( i am doing it with skbee )

every 1 tick:
loop all players:
wait 1 second
send title mini message to loop-player from "<rainbow>Level Up" with subtitle "&739 &f> 40"
send title component loop-player for 10 seconds with fadein 5 ticks and fadeout 10 ticks
