Hello, I want to get skull from https://minecraft-heads.com/custom-heads/alphabet/516-stone-arrow-left

I have:
set {_nbt} to "{display:{Name:""{""text"":""Stone Arrow Left""}""},SkullOwner:{Id:""2fad8146-186b-4c9c-8c62-7d5ccb083faa"",Properties:{textures:[{Value:""eyJ0ZXh0dXJlcyI6eyJTS0lOIjp7InVybCI6Imh0dHA6Ly90ZXh0dXJlcy5taW5lY3JhZnQubmV0L3RleHR1cmUvYmIwZjZlOGFmNDZhYzZmYWY4ODkxNDE5MWFiNjZmMjYxZDY3MjZhNzk5OWM2MzdjZjJlNDE1OWZlMWZjNDc3In19fQ==""}]}}}"

format gui slot 45 of player with skull of "SamWieszKto" parsed as offline player with nbt "%{_nbt}%" named "Poprzedni" to close then run player command "/org test"

I get nothing, no errors. Which of this code I have to formated to get good reason?
