What I want to happen: Detect if the cocoa plant is fully grown.

Code:
on break of cocoa:
if player's tool isn't shiny netherite hoe named "&b&lHarvest Hoe":
if {witherb.%location of event-block%} is true:
if the event-plant is fully grown:
cancel event
