On Fishing:
chance of 1%:
broadcast "&8[&aFishing&8] &c%player% just caught a chicken spawner!"
make console execute command "silkspawner give %player% chicken 1"
chance of 1%:
broadcast "&8[&aFishing&8] &c%player% just caught a pig spawner!"
make console execute command "silkspawner give %player% pig 1"
chance of 1%:
broadcast "&8[&aFishing&8] &c%player% just caught a sheep spawner!"
make console execute command "silkspawner give %player% sheep 1"
chance of 1%:
broadcast "&8[&aFishing&8] &c%player% just caught a wolf spawner!"
make console execute command "silkspawner give %player% wolf 1"

When I reload the skirpt it says the file is empty even tho this is inside of it

Be doubly sure you saved the skrip properly. If it's not saving, refresh your console/panel.

I triple checked and even used FTP to upload the file

odd, and you are reloading the right file name I assume, right? Have you tried the obligatory server restart?

I restarted the server still the same
