ExpBoosters - boosters that multiply xp you get!

Commands:
- /boosters
- /boosters admin give <player> <x2/x3/x4>
- /boosters activate <x2/x3/x4>
- /boosters free
- /boosters deactivate booster <player>


Permissions:
- boosters.free
- boosters.admin

Permanent boosters: (simply give this permissions to player)
- exp.multi.x2
- exp.multi.x3
- exp.multi.x4


Requirements:
- Skript
- Skript-Mirror
