Ender Chest Rows

I was wondering how you would set an enderchest a specific amount of rows, in this case 1 row.

open virtual ender chest with 1 rows named "&6%player%" to player

when I type this in it only opens an enderchest with 3 rows (regular amount)

You can't change the amount of rows an ender chest has, unless you do some sort of packet manipulation
