Easier Worldguard for Gens servers - Simpler WorldGuard

NOTICE!!!!
THIS IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR WORLDGUARD
This is a ADDON for worldguard that makes it easier to use
Therefore it requires:
1. Worldguard
2. Worldedit

COMMANDS:
New gen region (Allow break blocks) - /newgenregion <id>
New protection region (No Break blocks) - /newprotectionregion <id>
