Throwable Fireball - New cosmetic based throwable fireballs

This specific skript code provides players to use Fire charges as Fire balls

Cosmetics by "9ONEnezuko"
When you have booster in your inventory, your shot fireballs will be multiplied by the number of "x" on the book.

Commands:
/fireballboost <type> <amount>: will give you specific booster
