RepairCard - Handy little tool giving players the ability to repair tools.

This handy little card can give your players the ability to repair items without the use of XP points. You could throw this into a server shop, vote crate, kits, whichever you choose to do.

They are simple to use. Once the player receives the card, they right-click it, then right-click the tool that needs repairing... BOOM DONE!
