I tried add --safeMode to start.bat but isn't work

Failed to load datapacks, can't proceed with server load. You can either fix your datapacks or reset to vanilla with --safeMode

java -Xms3024M -Xms3024M -jar -DIReallyKnowWhatIAmDoingISwear spigot.jar --safeMode nogui

PS:
it's work only with minecraft_server.jar
