i have been trying to make this recipe for days, 10 tutorials, still dont work

on load:
register new shaped recipe for elytra using phantom membrane, string, phantom membrane, phantom membrane, air, phantom membrane, feather, air, feather
broadcast "&aCustom Recipes Loaded!"

at the end of the register recipe
