Suggested name: Creeper game

What I want:
A skript when a player spawns a creeper with a creeper spawn egg makes the creeper friendly for that player but the creeper is able to path find other players nearby and kill the enemy players, if the creeper kills someone broadcast a message saying "attacker creeper kill victim" and add a point to the attacker. There is some stuff that I cant manage to do it myself self but I can help with other stuff like the kits, point system, shops, and other stuff.
