How can ibcreate a file outside the dir of the "root"?
For example, if i want to write an html file for the web site(created with apache) (default directory) what i have to do?

For example, if i want to write an html file for the web site(created with apache) (default directory) what i have to do?
You can either use '.' on windows or '..' on linux to go back a dir. Prefixing the path with '/' may also give you the root, and skutilities has a config option to turn off relative path.
